Ken and Karen Toews, missionaries with InFaith, have served as the directors of Victory Center Bible Camp since 1980. They consider it a privilege to have been entrusted with this ministry.
They both grew up in Godly homes and put their faith in Christ for salvation at a young age. Ken grew up on a small farm in North Dakota and later helped his parents with their small grocery store. He graduated from Grace University in Omaha, NE with a degree in Christian Education and then went on to Talbot Seminary in CA and received his Masters in Christian Education.
Karen grew up in small town Kansas and also graduated from Grace University. She met Ken and they fell in love while serving together at a Bible camp near Devils Lake, ND.
They have served with InFaith all of their married lives. Besides directing the camp, they also lead several adult Bible studies, teach several kids clubs/youth groups, and minister at a nursing home. Ken also fills the pulpit at area churches on a regular monthly basis. Karen uses her gift of music to give piano lessons.
They have 3 grown children and four grandchildren.
