Day help
We’re excited to invite you to join us in the kitchen from 9 AM to 2 PM or all day to help prepare and serve our delicious lunches! Your support truly makes a difference in creating a fantastic dining experience. Reach out to us to schedule a day to serve, and we can't wait to have you on board!
Serve for a Week
Join us for a week of volunteering from Monday at 10 to Friday at 10! We need help mainly in the kitchen, but there are other positions available too. Enjoy complimentary lodging and meals while making a difference. Come be part of our team!
All Summer
Join our team and dedicate your summer to serving from June to early August! Reach out to learn more about becoming a staff member at VCBC. Together, we will grow our walk with God and inspire the campers to pursue a life of Christlikeness.

As the leader of a cabin of eight campers, your role is to create a warm and welcoming environment. Each day, you will guide cabin devotions to foster spiritual growth among the campers. Through engaging games and activities, you will ensure that everyone has fun while also providing care and support to each camper, making their experience memorable and meaningful. As a kitchen assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the head cook by preparing ingredients, organizing the workspace, and serving delicious meals. Your attention to detail and teamwork will ensure that every dish meets our high standards, creating an exceptional dining experience for our.
Join our team as a Summer Support Staff member! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside friends while contributing to the smooth operation of the camp. Your responsibilities will include tidying up the grounds, setting tables for meals, washing dishes, and assisting with various tasks to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
